Talent Development House

Abhiprerna Social and cultural Organization will conduct a program called ARUNODAYA - TALENT DEVELOPMENT HOUSE in secondary schools. The main objective of this program will be to enhance the personality of students by developing life skills, leadership, decision making and interactive ability along with education, increase participation in school activities and management, keep the school enjoyable, safe and clean. This program has been shaped in such a way that no additional workload increases on the students and teachers. The format of the program will be as follows -

 

House Structure:

The house will be divided into two parts

PAKSH: There will be a total of 5 students and one teacher in the House, they will be nominated from class 8 to 12. For the first time in any school, the students, teachers and any vacant members will be nominated by the Principal, 2 teachers, the Chairman (Distinguished Talent) and the representatives of the organization after consultation among themselves. In the following years, the five students and teachers of PRATIPAKSH will be automatically assigned the responsibility of PAKSH. The PAKSH will again be divided into the following 5 departments -

 

Sports Department: The work of the Sports Department will be to encourage sports in the school. Various sports competitions will be held once in a year on 15 August. The winning party / student will be awarded. Various proposals will also be prepared by the Sports Department. The sports department will also submit a proposal regarding the practice of sports every day. Ensuring participation in inter-district competitions etc. Organizing various sports related camps from time to time.

 

Science & Technology Department: Organizing various workshops and seminars from time to time. Creating various schemes to awaken the interest of the students and motivate them. Enhance students' creativity by adopting interesting methods. Organizing and participating in various competitions.

 

Arts & Culture Department: Organizing various literary, arts and cultural events and competitions, such as staging plays, dances, folklore, debates, essays, paintings, handicrafts, etc. and ensuring creative participation of students. Make various proposals for timely improvement.

 

Health & Sanitation Department: To make all the students of the school aware of health and hygiene. Conducting various health checkups or awareness camps from time to time. Conduct various activities from time to time to maintain cleanliness.

 

Student Welfare Department: Identifying the problems of students and preparing various schemes and proposals for the welfare of students. Maintaining discipline. To identify poor and needy students and help them in every possible way. To act as a bridge between the school administration and the students. Illiterate children who are not able to go to school or make adult women and men literate after school.

 

PRATIPAKSH: 5 students of Pratipaksh will be nominated from class 7 to 11 after discussions with the President, Chairman, representative of the Organization and 2 teachers. Nominated students will take charge of Paksh in the coming year. The task of Pratipaksh is to review the proposals prepared by the Paksh and give corrective suggestions. No proposal will be passed without the consent of the Pratipaksh.

 

President: The post of Chairman will be headed by the Principal or the teacher nominated by the Managing Committee. The President and the Chairman will vote jointly on any proposal. Each meeting will also be chaired by the President. The President and the Chairman will also give guidance to the House for the implementation of the passed resolution and if any improvement is needed, they will also give suggestions.

 

Chairman: Any person who has secured a special place in science, technology, education, art, culture, sports, literature, health, social work etc. or has received special honors, can be nominated with the consent of the managing committee and the Organization. One should try that the person should not be active in politics, but this is not a mandatory condition. The term of the Chairman will be 2 years. It will be mandatory to have a gap of 2 years in any of the two tenures of the Chairman.

 

Representative of the organization: The representative of the organization will be nominated by the organization. The task of the representative will be to cooperate with the President and the Chairman in running the House. He Will work as a bridge between the house and the Organization. He will also guide the House from time to time.

 

Other important points:

 

  • Students of the Paksh and Pratipaksh can join at least 2 and not more than 3 other students in their team for their support.

  • Students who excelled in competitions to be held on 15 August and 26 January will also be awarded. Which will also have media coverage.

  • Teachers and students who have helped in running the program smoothly will also be honored in the program on 26 January.

  • Teachers of class 10 and class 12 who have given good results in their subject will also be honored in the program of August 15.

  • Only sports competitions will be organized on 15 August and only cultural competitions will be held on 26 January. All the competitions will be held in two classes - classes 6 to 8 and classes 9 to 12.
