In the "Abhiprerna Sports Program" run by the Abhiprerna Social and Cultural Organization, you will get the facility to play the following six types of sports -

 

Chess, 2. Carrom, 3. Volleyball, 4. Badminton, 5. Kabaddi, 6. Kho Kho

 

To play any sport, you must subscribe to the Program. A person who is not a member of the program cannot participate in any of the sports.

 

Membership Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Anyone can subscribe to the club.

2. Membership will be of the following two types

                                                 # Students                                                              # non-students

3. Students are required to make a photocopy of their credentials. Other people can put any of their Government approved address proof.

4. An identity card will be given to you from the institution. Only after showing the identity card, you will be allowed to play and the goods will be given.

5. The responsibility of the goods issued from the organization will be that of the person (s) / team in whose name the goods have been issued. Any kind of loss will be compensated by that person (s) / team only. Membership of that person (s) / team will be terminated in case of failure to make up the compensation.

* There is no charge for other games.

 

7. Registration: Rs. 50 / - will be charged from students for registration and Rs. 100 / - from non-students. Registration will be valid for 1 year only. Re-registration will have to be done after 1 year.

8. If for some reason the member is unable to play for a whole month, then the member can write a request letter and waive the fee for that month. This rule will not be applicable for annual fee.

9. If a non-member wants to avail of the club facility for one / two days, then he / she will have to pay 10 / - per game.

10. The organization will also organize various competitions from time to time in which the person who wins will also be honored.

11. Schedule:

                1 October to 28/29 February from 6:00 am to 8:30 am

                                                                                                                3:00 pm to 5:30 pm

                     1 March to 30 September from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm

                                                                                                            5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
